JC Custom Pickups was established by Joe Chebby. It started with a broken pickup and curiosity. Initially making pickups for friends and family, it soon evolved into a constant chase to build and develop the best sounding pickups out there.
All pickups are made to order. From the premium materials used to the various wind patterns, every pickup developed at JC Custom Pickups is done with unparalleled attention to detail. That includes our Customer communication and experience.
All components are hand selected and inspected ensuring they meet our quality standards. Each pickup is then handwound, given a careful and personal visual inspection, and tested before packaging.
My Customers allow me to play a major role in expressing their creativity. That’s what I care about most, and providing quality pickups is how I do it. It’s personal here at JCCP and providing my Customers with our personally crafted tones is what keeps me on my continuous journey of tone and pickup experimentation.
